Ibiza Beyond presents a collection of luxury villas and boats for holiday rental in Ibiza and other Mediterranean destinations, as well as the associated intermediation and concierge services. Any booking is always formalised by means of a quote and a specific contract; this website is of an informative and promotional nature.

3. Holiday rentals and tourist registration

All holiday rental accommodation advertised on this site holds a valid tourist registration number (Nº ETV) issued by the Govern de les Illes Balears in accordance with Law 8/2012, of 19 July, on Tourism of the Balearic Islands, and its implementing regulations. The corresponding registration number is shown on each property's listing. The boats hold the licences and insurance required by the applicable regulations.

4. Terms of use

Accessing and using this site confers the status of user and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice. The user undertakes to use the site in accordance with the law, good faith and public order, and not to use it for unlawful purposes or purposes harmful to third parties.

All contents of the site (texts, photographs, logos, the «Ibiza Beyond» brand, design, code and databases) are owned by the website owner or by third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation.
