The house is fully air-conditioned for the peak summer months and features a fireplace that warms the interior during cooler evenings. Adjacent to the house, a covered lounge with built-in U-shaped seating and striped cushions offers a shaded spot for al fresco dining or drinks, illuminated by a hanging lantern in the evenings.

This property works particularly well for groups of friends or couples who want to be close to the island's renowned nightlife while maintaining a private space to recover during the day. A typical morning might begin with breakfast prepared in the fitted kitchen, eaten outside in the shaded lounge area while planning the day's itinerary.

The house is located one kilometre from Playa d'en Bossa, known for its extensive beach and prominent clubs. It is also exceptionally well-connected for travel, sitting just two kilometres from the airport and four kilometres from Ibiza Port, reducing transit times significantly upon arrival.

Just south of the property lies the Ses Salines natural park, a protected area of salt pans and flamingo lagoons. This chic southern beach belt is home to Sal Rossa, Es Cavallet, and the main Ses Salines beach, where you will find established beach clubs like Sa Trinxa and the Jockey Club. For daily amenities or a change of pace, the nearby villages of Sant Jordi and San José offer local cafes and shops within a short drive.
