Inside the property
Villa Azure is a highly secure property enclosed by a tall stone wall and secure fencing. Access is through double entrance gates, including a set of four-metre metal doors and wrought-iron gates. Inside, the design is modern and precise, equipped with air conditioning for the summer and underfloor heating for cooler months. A modern alarm system and a safety box add an extra layer of security.
The living spaces are built for comfortable gathering. The main lounge features a traditional fireplace, built-in shelving, a wooden ceiling fan, and a smart television. A Bose sound system runs through the interior and out into the gardens, allowing you to control the audio environment from any room. The fully fitted kitchen includes premium appliances, a wine cellar, and a wine cooler, ready for preparing meals or storing drinks.
Bedrooms and outdoor spaces
All three bedrooms are situated on the first floor. Each room is furnished with a double bed and includes an en-suite bathroom. One of the bedroom suites also features a satellite television.
Outside, the grounds centre around a clear swimming pool flanked by sunloungers and a manicured lawn. A shaded chill-out lounge area sits under a wooden porch equipped with ceiling fans. Nearby, an al fresco dining table rests beneath a pergola draped in pink bougainvillea.
The exterior spaces extend upwards to a fifty-square-metre rooftop terrace. This elevated area provides built-in lounge seating, a bar, and a fridge, offering clear views over the pine-covered hills down to the sea. In the evenings, the gardens are illuminated, providing a calm setting after a day on the coast.
Daily life at the house
The layout works well for families or groups of friends travelling together, comfortably accommodating up to six guests across the three suites. The enclosed garden and flat lawn provide a safe environment for children to play, and pets are permitted on the property. Private parking and a garage make it straightforward to manage rental vehicles during your stay.
Mornings often begin with coffee on the roof terrace, looking out over the water. From there, you might walk down to the coast for lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. Afternoons can be spent reading by the pool or listening to music through the outdoor sound system before preparing a barbecue in the garden.
Exploring Cala Jondal and beyond
The property is located in Cala Jondal, a glamorous pebble cove known for its upscale beach clubs and offshore yachts. From the house, it is a short walk down to the beach and established venues like Jondal, Tropicana, and Blue Marlin.
Beyond the immediate bay, the surrounding coastline offers alternative spots for swimming, including the red cliffs of Sa Caleta and the sandy stretch at Es Bol Nou.
When you need amenities or a change of pace, the traditional villages of Es Cubells and San José are a short drive away. Sant Jordi is also nearby, providing practical options for groceries and local cafes before returning to the privacy of the house.
