Modern Design and Mediterranean Views
Villa Nia is a modern, minimalist property set securely within gated grounds above the south coast of Ibiza. The architecture uses clean lines and a crisp white finish, creating a sharp visual contrast against the green of the surrounding countryside and the blue of the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.
Inside, the design prioritises natural light. The spacious entrance hall leads directly into a large living room, where floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open the space entirely to the outside. This setup ensures that the sea and country views remain a constant backdrop to your stay, while the neutral decor keeps the atmosphere calm and focused on the landscape outside.
Communal Spaces and Private Terraces
The communal spaces are designed for group living. An open-plan layout connects the interior dining room to a fully fitted modern kitchen, complete with a wine cooler. From here, the space extends out onto a covered terrace, providing a shaded area for al fresco dining and a barbecue setup for evening meals.
The five bedrooms sleep up to ten guests, each finished with contemporary furnishings and air conditioning. Every bedroom features either an en-suite or a connecting bathroom, and several open directly onto their own private terraces.
Outside, the large swimming pool is bordered by a wide terrace with ample sunloungers. A shaded chill-out zone offers a comfortable place to sit out of the direct sun, while a hammock swings gently near the main terrace. Just a few metres from the house, the property includes its own full-size private tennis court.
Active Mornings and Relaxed Evenings
Sleeping ten people, the house works well for families, groups of friends, or couples sharing a holiday. The layout provides enough space for a large group to gather around the pool or the dining table, while the private bedroom terraces offer quiet corners for reading or enjoying a morning coffee.
A typical day here might begin with a match on the tennis court, followed by a swim and breakfast on the covered terrace. Afternoons are easily spent moving between the sunloungers and the shaded outdoor seating, listening to music through the sound system. In the evening, the outdoor dining area becomes the natural focal point for a barbecue as the sun sets over the surrounding countryside.
Exploring Cala Jondal and the South Coast
The villa is located in the Sant Josep de sa Talaia municipality, specifically in the highly sought-after area of Cala Jondal. This glamorous pebble cove is known for its upscale beach clubs, including Blue Marlin, where yachts regularly anchor offshore. The immediate area commands a premium for its proximity to this fashionable coastal scene.
While Cala Jondal offers a lively beach-club environment, the nearby red cliffs of Sa Caleta and the sandy stretch of Es Bol Nou provide alternative coastal experiences just a short drive away.
For daily amenities and a change of pace, the traditional villages of San José, Es Cubells, and Sant Jordi are all within easy reach. These nearby towns offer local restaurants, cafes, and shops, providing a practical counterpoint to the luxury of the south coast.
