Contemporary Design in Cap Martinet
Constructed in 2016, Villa Livia is a modern property defined by its clean, architectural lines and bright interiors. The house uses a white exterior palette that contrasts with the surrounding green hills of Cap Martinet. Inside, the open-plan layout creates a clear line of sight through the living spaces, anchored by floor-to-ceiling glass doors that draw in the natural light.
The finish is precise, relying on premium materials and an understated approach to interior design. Rather than overwhelming the senses, the architecture allows the focus to remain on the easy transition between the indoor and outdoor environments. It feels calm and highly functional, engineered specifically for comfortable summer living and entertaining.
Balinese Beds and Roof Terrace Views
The ground-floor living room features a large, grey corner sofa, a striking driftwood coffee table, and a wall-mounted Smart TV with satellite channels. This space opens directly onto the main terrace, blurring the boundary between inside and out. The four bedrooms are finished in neutral tones with textured wall details, and each includes its own en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. At least one bedroom features sliding glass doors that provide immediate access to the pool area.
Outside, the rectangular swimming pool is set into a neat artificial lawn, flanked by two curtained Balinese beds and several sunloungers. A shaded area is set up for al fresco dining, complete with a barbecue for preparing meals at home.
The upper level of the house features a dedicated roof terrace. This spacious solarium provides an elevated vantage point with clear, panoramic views across the landscape towards the sea and the historic walls of Ibiza Old Town, making it a natural gathering spot in the late afternoon to watch the sunset.
Structured for Families and Groups
Accommodating up to eight guests, Villa Livia works well for families, couples, or groups of friends sharing a holiday. The layout ensures everyone has enough personal space, with four en-suite bathrooms preventing morning bottlenecks. The private parking and property alarm system add a layer of practical convenience for those hiring vehicles.
A typical day might start with breakfast on the main terrace before moving to the Balinese beds by the pool. After a morning spent swimming or relaxing in the shade, guests can prepare a casual lunch on the barbecue. In the evening, the group can move up to the roof terrace for drinks, watching the light change over Dalt Vila before heading out to dinner.
Close to Jesús and Talamanca
Cap Martinet is a quiet, established residential area that places you close to the island's main hubs. Just down the road is Jesús, a leafy village known for its convenience and green surroundings. Popular with year-round residents, it offers a blend of local life with quick access to essential services and amenities.
From the house, it is a short drive to the wide, sandy bay of Talamanca, which features shallow waters and a long promenade lined with cafes and restaurants. The upscale Marina Botafoch and the centre of Ibiza Town are also nearby, providing easy access to the capital's dining and historical sites. For a change of scenery, the family-friendly beach of Cala Llonga is just a short journey up the eastern coast.
