Contemporary design and coastal views
Villa Equis is a modern, white-rendered property set across three storeys on the hillside of Cap Martinet. With 400 square metres of living space, the house follows a clean, minimalist design that prioritises natural light and clear sightlines out to the sea. An internal elevator connects the floors, making it easy to move from the ground level all the way up to the roof.
Inside, the ground floor is defined by an open-plan living and dining area. Large sliding glass doors run along the main facade, pulling the sea panorama directly into the room. When these windows are pulled back, the boundary between the interior living space and the terrace dissolves, allowing the coastal breeze to circulate through the house.
Bedrooms and outdoor spaces
The villa sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms, which are distributed over the first two floors. Each room is fitted with an en-suite bathroom, a dressing area, a smart TV and LED colour lighting. The two master suites also include open bathrooms with freestanding bathtubs and direct access to a private sunset terrace.
Outside, the main terrace centres around a curved infinity pool that looks out over the bay. White sunloungers and shaded seating areas line the water’s edge. The highest point of the property is the third-floor rooftop terrace, providing a 360-degree view taking in the Mediterranean Sea, the hills of Cap Martinet and the historic walls of Dalt Vila. This level also includes a quiet office space and a private sky bar for evening drinks.
Daily life at the villa
This property works well for groups of friends or families who want a modern base close to the island's main restaurants and marinas. The layout encourages sociable living, with a fully equipped kitchen ready for preparing meals at home and an al fresco dining area for long lunches in the shade. The grounds are fully fenced and secured with an alarm system.
A typical day might begin with a morning swim in the infinity pool, followed by breakfast on the terrace looking out towards the water. The house is fitted with a music system and air conditioning, keeping the environment comfortable throughout the afternoon. As evening approaches, guests can take the elevator up to the roof terrace to watch the light fade over Ibiza Town with a drink from the sky bar.
Cap Martinet and Jesús
Cap Martinet is a quiet, elevated residential area positioned just above the bay of Talamanca. From the villa, it is a short walk down to the sandy beach of Talamanca and nearby dining spots like Sa Punta, Patchwork and Nobu. The Pacha resort, Destino, is also within walking distance.
Just inland from the villa is the village of Jesús, a leafy, established neighbourhood with a green, family-friendly atmosphere. It provides convenient local shops and cafes for daily needs. For a faster pace, the superyachts of Marina Botafoch and the clubs of Ibiza Town are less than a five-minute drive away, offering quick access to the island's premier nightlife and dining.
