Chefs, drivers, crews.
Work with Ibiza Beyond.

We look after guests in licensed villas and on yachts, and the owners of the homes we sell, all year round. For them we look for the best independent professionals on the island: private chefs, drivers, nannies, skippers, therapists, photographers and more.

Who we look for

The professionals our guests ask for.

These are the services our guests ask us to arrange. If you offer one of them in Ibiza, we would like to meet you.

01

Private chefs

Breakfasts, family dinners, barbecues and celebrations in the villa, with menus for allergies and diets and the kitchen left spotless. Weekly stays or single events.

02

Drivers and chauffeurs

Airport and port transfers, nights out and day trips in a licensed vehicle (VTC or taxi licence), for families and groups, with child seats on request.

03

Nannies and babysitters

Daytime and evening childcare in the villa or on the beach, by experienced carers with references who speak the family's language.

04

Skippers and yacht crew

Skippers, hostesses and deckhands for day trips to Formentera and the coves, on our boats or on yours.

05

Massage and wellness

Massage therapists, physiotherapists and beauty treatments in the villa, with portable equipment.

06

Personal trainers and yoga

Private training, yoga, pilates and meditation sessions in the villa garden or on the beach.

07

Photographers and videographers

Holiday and family shoots, proposals, weddings and events; property and interior photography for our listings.

08

Events, DJs and entertainment

Event planners, DJs, musicians, decorators and florists for villa parties, birthdays and weddings.

09

Housekeeping and villa staff

Daily housekeeping, butlers, waiters and bartenders for stays and events, plus maintenance, pool and garden.

10

Security

Licensed security staff and close protection for villas, events and high-profile guests.

11

Hair and make-up

Hairdressers, make-up artists and nail technicians for events, weddings and evenings out.

12

Other services

Sommeliers, guides, experiences, car and scooter hire, personal shopping: if you work with demanding guests, tell us what you do.

How it works

From application to first job.

Four steps. Applying is free and takes two minutes.

01

Send your application

Fill in the form below: what you do, where on the island and in which languages. Add links to your work if you have them.

02

A first conversation

If your profile matches what our guests ask for, we call you or meet for a coffee, to get to know you and how you work.

03

Checks

We ask for references and, depending on the job, your licences, certificates and insurance. We only recommend people we have checked.

04

The first job

Every job comes with a clear brief (guests, place, time, expectations) and a rate agreed with you in writing before we confirm it.

What we offer

Working with us.

01

Guests who value quality

Families, groups and couples staying in licensed villas and on yachts, many of whom come back year after year.

02

Clear briefs

Dates, address, number of guests, allergies and preferences before you arrive, not on the day.

03

Rates agreed in advance

You set your rates; the price of each job is agreed with you in writing before we confirm it to the guest.

04

Free to join

Joining our network costs nothing, and you remain free to work with your own clients.

What we ask

What our guests expect from you.

We only recommend people we would book for our own families. That means:

  • Being able to invoice legally in Spain: self-employed (autónomo) or a company.
  • The licences your work requires: a VTC or taxi licence for drivers, the right boating qualification for skippers, a food handler certificate for chefs.
  • Civil liability insurance for your activity.
  • References from clients or employers, ideally from villas, hotels, yachts or events.
  • Working English; every other language is a plus.
  • Discretion: guests' names, villas and plans stay private, and guests we introduce are booked through us.
  • Punctuality and reliability, all season long.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does it cost anything to join?

No. Applying and being part of our network is free.

Do I need to be self-employed (autónomo)?

To work with us, yes: we can only book professionals who invoice legally, as self-employed or through a company. If you are not registered yet you can still apply, and register before your first job.

Are you hiring employees?

Today we work with independent professionals and companies. If we open a staff position, it will be published on this page.

Is it only for the summer?

The busiest months are May to October, but villa owners, buyers and long-stay guests need services all year, so we also look for people who live on the island year-round.

How are jobs paid?

The rate of each job, and how and when it is paid, are agreed with you in writing before we confirm the job to the guest.

Can companies apply?

Yes: caterers, transfer companies, boat operators, event agencies and other companies are welcome. Tick the services you offer.

I have applied: what happens now?

We read every application. If your profile matches what our guests are asking for, we contact you; if not yet, we keep your application on file for up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete it.
