The apartment
A large, newly designed apartment in sand and oak tones, with curved walls and indirect lighting. The living room opens through a wall of glass onto the terrace, with the castle of Dalt Vila and the port in front; the dining area sits by the open kitchen.
Five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The master bedroom also looks out to Dalt Vila and has its own terrace and a double washbasin; one of the bathrooms has a freestanding bathtub. Air conditioning.
The complex
The building has a communal pool overlooking Talamanca beach, and the apartment comes with two parking spaces.
Living by the marina
Marina Botafoch is Ibiza town's marina district: restaurants, cafés and shops on the waterfront, Talamanca beach a short walk away and the old town across the harbour. The town centre and the airport are a short drive.
