A modern base near the capital
Approaching the property, the sharp white architecture stands out against the green gardens and wide stone terraces. The design leans heavily on a clean Mediterranean aesthetic, using light tones and natural materials to keep the atmosphere calm and uncluttered throughout the day. Large windows pull natural light into the communal areas, connecting the interior with the terrace.
Inside, the layout focuses on comfortable, shared living. The house is practical for modern groups, fitted with an alarm system, air conditioning, and high-speed fibre optic Wi-Fi that easily handles remote work commitments or streaming playlists to the indoor music system. Smart TVs provide straightforward evening entertainment.
En-suite bedrooms and expansive terraces
The central living spaces include a fully equipped kitchen that opens into a bright dining area, anchored by a large table for group meals. From here, the house branches off into five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Three of these rooms feature king-size beds, one offers two single beds, and the final room is set up with a single bed and a bunk bed, making it highly adaptable for mixed groups.
Outside, the grounds are built for long afternoons in the sun. The twelve-by-six-metre swimming pool is surrounded by a broad stone terrace with sunloungers and purple parasols. Closer to the house, a generous covered porch houses a chill-out area with rattan sofas and an exterior dining space, allowing you to prepare lunches on the portable barbecue and eat outside in the shade.
Designed for families and groups of friends
With its varied bed configurations and spacious communal areas, the property naturally suits large families, groups of friends, or couples sharing a holiday. Private parking adds a layer of convenience for those hiring cars to explore the coast, while the enclosed garden ensures a high degree of privacy while swimming or sunbathing away from the crowds.
A normal day here starts slowly with coffee under the shaded porch, followed by a morning swim in the twelve-metre pool. By midday, you might walk four minutes down to the Can Bellotera commercial area to pick up fresh local supplies, returning to grill lunch on the barbecue. The afternoon is easily spent moving between the water and the deep outdoor sofas, relaxing before heading out for the evening.
Sa Carroca and the pull of Ibiza Town
The immediate area of Sa Carroca places you within a short walk of local amenities, including a country club just one hundred metres from the front door. A three-minute drive takes you into the village of San Jordi, while the airport is less than ten minutes away, keeping transfer times remarkably brief.
When you want to increase the pace, both Playa d'en Bossa and Ibiza Town are a five-minute drive from the house. The capital offers a cosmopolitan mix of history and modern culture, where the walled hilltop of Dalt Vila looks down over a busy marina, designer boutiques, and excellent dining. From here, you also have quick access to the nearby beaches of Talamanca and Figueretas.
