A traditional stone property in Sa Carroca
Villa Sa Carroca sits on an elevated plot, presenting a classic stone facade surrounded by perimeter fencing and mature greenery. The layout divides the accommodation between a central main house and two separate apartments, giving larger groups a sense of space and independence during their stay.
Inside the main house, exposed wooden beams and light-coloured flooring frame an open-plan living area. The lounge is arranged with comfortable white sofas around a hearth and a flat-screen television, providing a relaxed focal point for the evenings. Adjacent to this, the dining space features a large wooden table, while the fully fitted modern kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home.
Independent living and Mediterranean views
The main house contains three bedrooms. Two are doubles with their own en-suite bathrooms, while the third is a twin room that has access to an additional full bathroom. The remaining accommodation is found in the two independent apartments. One features a double bed, and the other has twin beds. Both apartments include an en-suite shower room and a private kitchen area complete with a fridge and microwave.
Outside, the grounds centre around a bean-shaped swimming pool set into a wide stone terrace. Beside the water, a thatched gazebo shelters plush daybeds, offering a comfortable vantage point to look out over the Mediterranean Sea. Meals can be served outside at the large wooden dining table, shaded by a natural vine pergola. For entertainment, the property includes a recreational patio with a ping-pong table and a basketball hoop.
Designed for families and shared holidays
With its separate living quarters and child-friendly grounds, this property works well for extended families or groups of friends who value both shared spaces and personal privacy. Practical additions like secure gated access, an alarm system, and a safe provide peace of mind. Climate control is managed through air conditioning and heating, ensuring the house remains comfortable throughout the season.
Mornings often begin slowly, with guests preparing coffee in their private apartment kitchens before gathering on the main terrace. Afternoons revolve around the pool and the daybeds in the gazebo, broken up by games of table tennis or basketball. As evening approaches, the outdoor dining area becomes the focus. Guests can prepare dinner on the barbecue, play music through the sound system, and watch the light change over the distant town.
Close to Ibiza Town and the coast
The villa is located in the residential area of Sa Carroca, a short five-minute drive from the centre of Ibiza Town and within easy reach of the airport. This position allows guests to sleep in a quiet, elevated setting while remaining remarkably close to the island’s cosmopolitan capital.
Ibiza Town itself offers a sharp contrast to the quiet of the villa. The walled hilltop of Dalt Vila, a UNESCO heritage site, is lined with historic streets that lead down to a busy marina. The capital is highly walkable, filled with designer boutiques, established restaurants, and a lively harbour nightlife scene.
For days by the sea, the sandy stretches of Talamanca, Figueretas, and Playa d'en Bossa are all a short drive away. Guests can easily spend the morning swimming at Talamanca beach before heading to nearby Marina Botafoch for lunch, returning to the villa in the afternoon to relax by the pool.
