Villa Talamanca views is a newly built property spread across three distinct levels, positioned to capture wide sea views towards Dalt Vila and the neighbouring island of Formentera. The architecture relies on clean, sharp lines and large windows that draw the natural light and the seascape into the living spaces.
Inside, the design follows a sharp monochrome foundation. This neutral base is broken up by bright splashes of colourful contemporary decor, selected artworks, and unique sculptures placed throughout the rooms. The result is a home that feels highly polished yet characterful, offering a comfortable and visually engaging base for a group of up to ten guests.
Layout and outdoor spaces
The ground floor serves as the main gathering space, featuring a lounge, a fully fitted kitchen, and an indoor bar. This area opens directly onto the main outdoor terrace. Upstairs on the first floor, a second large living room provides an alternative space to read or watch the satellite TV, complete with its own private terrace. The master suite occupies the entire second floor, featuring a large private terrace with an outdoor lounge area. All five bedrooms include an en-suite bathroom, supplemented by two additional guest bathrooms.
Outside, the grounds are fully fenced and feature a swimming pool surrounded by a wooden deck and sunloungers. A bespoke bar and relaxing hammocks sit alongside the pool. The spacious main terrace includes a summer dining area and an equipped gas barbecue for cooking outside. Multiple outdoor lounge areas, shaded by awnings, offer places to sit and look out over the water.
Daily life at the villa
With five bedrooms and multiple separate living areas across three floors, the house works very well for extended families or groups of friends sharing a holiday. The layout allows guests to gather together by the pool or find their own quiet space on one of the upper terraces.
Mornings often begin with the sunrise view, followed by breakfast prepared in the fully equipped kitchen and eaten in the fresh air. During the day, guests can alternate between the lawn area, the wooden pool deck, and the shaded outdoor sofas. The property includes a music system and Wi-Fi, making it easy to listen to a playlist while reading or swimming.
As evening approaches, the outdoor bar and summer dining area become the focal point of the house. Groups can prepare dinner on the gas barbecue and eat outside while watching the lights of Ibiza Town begin to shine across the bay.
Exploring Talamanca and beyond
The property sits just a short drive from the centre of Talamanca, a calm and sheltered sandy bay just north of the capital. Talamanca is a family-friendly beach fringed with a variety of seafood restaurants, offering a relaxed approach to seaside living.
From the beach, it is entirely possible to walk to Marina Botafoch, making it easy to access the yachts, boutiques, and waterfront dining options. The centre of Ibiza Town is also only minutes away, providing quick access to the island's main port and nightlife.
For daily practicalities, the charming nearby village of Jesús is just a short drive inland. Jesús provides all the necessary amenities, including bakeries, supermarkets, and local cafes, ensuring that stocking the villa's kitchen is always straightforward.
