The property is defined by its modern, minimalist architecture, using clean lines, white walls and polished floors to draw attention to the sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors run the length of the main living areas, allowing natural light to fill the interiors.
The design creates a seamless transition between the inside and the outdoor spaces. The main living room and the fully fitted modern kitchen open directly onto the wooden decking of the pool terrace. The house also operates on solar electricity, offering an energy-efficient approach to a large, contemporary build.
Sea Views, Spa Facilities and Six Suites
Beyond the main living and dining spaces, the property includes an indoor wellness area. This space features an indoor pool, a hammam, a sauna, an indoor jacuzzi and a private massage treatment room. There is also a dedicated gym equipped with Technogym machines and a chill-out zone for resting after a workout.
The six en-suite bedrooms are spread across three levels to give guests a sense of space. The top floor holds the master suite alongside two further bedrooms. Several well-known southern beaches are a short drive away. You can easily reach Es Torrent, Cala Jondal and Sa Caleta. The coastal spots of Es Xarco, Cala Llentrisca and Cala D'Hort are also close by. The nearby village of San José provides a local centre for everyday amenities.
