Contemporary design and natural light
Villa Marielle is a contemporary five-bedroom residence defined by clean lines and a sense of quiet space. The architecture uses wide glass panels to draw natural light into the interiors, connecting the indoor rooms with the surrounding pine trees and mature palms of the garden.
Inside, polished wood floors and a neutral colour palette create a grounded, calm atmosphere. The main living areas are open and uncluttered, flowing easily into a fully fitted kitchen and out towards the expansive lawns. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi run throughout the property, ensuring comfort during the height of the summer.
A fireplace provides a focal point for cooler evenings, while the integrated music system and satellite TV offer straightforward entertainment options.
Independent suites and extensive terraces
The house accommodates up to ten guests across five bedrooms, each featuring its own attached bathroom designed with modern, clean-lined fixtures. The master suite operates as an independent space, complete with a shower, bathtub, and a private hammam. This primary bedroom also opens directly onto a secluded terrace with an outdoor Jacuzzi and a dedicated seating area.
Outside, a large infinity pool sits at the centre of a flat, manicured lawn. The exterior spaces are built for spending whole days in the sun, with multiple timber sunloungers and parasols lining the water.
Near the house, a deep shaded terrace holds an al fresco dining table and a large outdoor bar that seats up to thirty guests, alongside a secondary lounge area styled with natural textures and hanging plants.
Active days and outdoor cinema nights
With its wide lawns and extensive sports facilities, the property works well for active families or groups of friends. Guests can start the morning in the yoga area or the private gym, before moving on to a match on the private padel or volleyball courts. Those looking to unwind completely can make use of the dedicated massage area.
Afternoons typically revolve around the infinity pool and the outdoor kitchen, where lunch can be prepared on the barbecue. As the sun sets, the focus shifts to the pétanque pitch for a casual game, followed by drinks at the outdoor bar and a film on the private outdoor cinema screen.
The layout also allows the villa to host events and weddings, providing ample space for entertaining.
San Jose and the southwest coast
The property sits in the southwest of the island within the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia. Positioned quietly in the countryside, the house offers distant sea views and immediate access to the surrounding pine forests, while remaining close to the upscale hub of San José village.
This area is known for its relaxed but premium lifestyle, sitting beneath Sa Talaia, the highest peak in Ibiza. Guests are a short drive from the well-known bay of Cala Jondal, as well as other prominent beaches like Cala Tarida, Cala Vadella, and Ses Salines.
Ibiza Town and the village of Es Cubells are also easily accessible for evening dinners or exploring the wider region.
