Modern Living on the West Coast
Villa Brielle sits on the west coast of Ibiza, offering clear views over the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding countryside. Recently renovated, the property combines modern technology with a calm, contemporary design. Large windows allow natural light to fill the open-plan interiors, connecting the indoor spaces directly with the landscape outside.
The main living and dining areas are spacious, providing plenty of room for twelve guests to gather comfortably. A dedicated breakfast room offers a quiet spot for early mornings, while the fully fitted kitchen includes modern appliances and ample preparation space for cooking at home. Neutral tones throughout the house create a relaxing environment that feels both polished and comfortable.
Flexible Bedrooms and Infinity Pool Views
The six bedrooms are spread across the main house and two separate annexes, offering privacy for larger groups. On the entrance level, the main bedroom includes two en-suite bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Across the hall is a twin bedroom with its own shower room. The lower level holds two more bedrooms that can be set up as doubles or twins, each with an en-suite shower and a shared toilet nearby.
For guests wanting more independence, two annexes with private entrances house the final two bedrooms. These can also be configured as doubles or twins and feature en-suite bathrooms. Outside, the grounds are fully fenced and landscaped with palm trees and lawns. The infinity pool, which can be heated upon request, looks directly out to the sea, surrounded by a wooden deck with sunloungers. Multiple terraces and shaded seating areas provide space to rest, while the sunset-facing dining table and barbecue sit beside a stone wall for evening meals outdoors.
Shared Days and Evening Sunsets
With its flexible bed configurations and separate annexes, this property works well for extended families or groups of friends who value both shared social areas and personal space. The enclosed grounds and alarm system provide peace of mind, while the music system and reliable Wi-Fi keep everyone entertained and connected.
A typical day here revolves around the water and the west-coast light. Mornings might start with coffee in the breakfast room before moving out to the poolside sunloungers. In the late afternoon, the terraces become the focal point. Because the house faces west, guests can watch the sky change colour directly from the water or the chill-out areas. Evenings naturally conclude around the al fresco dining table, making use of the barbecue as the sun drops below the horizon.
Exploring Cala Tarida and the South West
The house is located in the residential area of Cala Tarida, known for its broad sandy beach and family-friendly resort atmosphere. The west coast is famous for its sea views and evening sunsets, and this area has a steady appeal for those wanting easy access to the water. The white sands of Cala Tarida and the quieter coves of Cala Molí and Cala Codolar are all a short distance away.
Beyond the immediate beaches, the traditional village of San José is a short drive inland, offering local restaurants, cafes, and shops for daily supplies. Heading further along the coast, you can easily reach Cala Vadella, another sheltered bay popular with families. For a change of pace, the larger town of San Antonio is also nearby, providing a wider range of dining and boat charter options.
