Refurbished in 2021 by Blakstad Architects, Ca'na Calma retains the authentic character of a traditional Ibizan finca while offering generous space and modern comforts. The property runs on solar electricity and its own water supply, sitting securely within gated and fenced grounds.
The interiors are designed for comfort in all seasons, featuring underfloor heating, air conditioning and a fireplace. A house manager ensures the property runs smoothly during your stay. The open-plan lounge connects seamlessly to a large dining area, which looks directly out toward the swimming pool and the surrounding landscape.
Sea views, terraces and private wellness
The house accommodates ten guests across five bedrooms and five bathrooms. One notably large bedroom is positioned to take in 180-degree views of the Mediterranean Sea and the countryside. The professional, fully fitted kitchen provides all the necessary appliances, supporting four distinct dining areas—two inside and two outdoors.
Outside, the grounds are built for leisure. A large swimming pool is accompanied by an outdoor jacuzzi, sunloungers and a sauna. The extensive terraces include shaded sections and a covered outdoor dining area equipped with a barbecue. In the evenings, the variety of plants and greenery surrounding the terraces are illuminated.
The property also includes a lawn area and a dedicated outdoor play area for children. Private parking is available within the gated entrance.

With its ample space and private setting, the house works very well for extended families, groups of friends or yoga retreats. Situated on a hill between San Carlos and Santa Eulalia, the villa provides a quiet base that remains close to the island's amenities. Santa Eulalia is a refined, year-round town known for its palm-lined promenade, marina and the restaurants along Calle San Vicente. It is a calm and safe area, favoured by those who prefer dining and amenities over the party scene.
From the house, it is a short drive to the sandy shores of Santa Eulalia beach, Cala Pada and S'Argamassa. The nearby villages of Jesús, Santa Gertrudis and Es Canar offer further options for cafes and local shops. The area is highly regarded for its natural landscape, providing excellent routes for walking and cycling.
