Inside the Villa
Can Luna presents a striking profile against the surrounding pine trees, combining crisp white walls with traditional Ibizan stone masonry. The modern architectural design creates a bright, structured environment, while the immediate proximity to the sea ensures a constant coastal atmosphere across the property. Being just a few metres from the shoreline, the house benefits from expansive views over the water, especially from the upper levels.
Inside, the living spaces follow a contemporary minimalist approach, softened by authentic Mediterranean details. The open-plan lounge connects seamlessly with a modern, fully fitted kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. Bright, colourful artwork stands out against the neutral tones of the interior, giving the property a distinct character. The layout is practical and wheelchair friendly, ensuring ease of movement across the main areas.
Bedrooms and Outdoor Spaces
The villa comfortably accommodates up to ten guests across five double bedrooms. Each room is air-conditioned and features its own en-suite bathroom, ample wardrobe space, and individual bright artwork. The neutral colour palette continues into these private spaces, maintaining the calm, contemporary aesthetic established in the main living areas.
Outside, the grounds are spacious and entirely fenced for privacy. The focal point is a unique L-shaped swimming pool, bordered by a concrete terrace and several grey sunloungers positioned near a mature olive tree. For meals, there is a dedicated outdoor dining space complete with a purpose-built barbecue. Above, a sun-drenched roof terrace with glass balustrades offers an unobstructed vantage point to watch the sunrise over the Mediterranean Sea.
Daily Life at Can Luna
With five bedrooms and broad, accessible terraces, Can Luna is highly suitable for families, groups of friends, or guests requiring wheelchair-friendly accommodation. The layout provides enough space for a group of ten to gather together or find quiet moments apart. Private parking adds a layer of convenience for those exploring the island.
A typical day begins on the roof terrace, watching the sunrise over the water before heading down for breakfast prepared in the open-plan kitchen. Mornings are easily spent resting by the water, listening to the integrated music system, or walking the few metres down to the local beach. In the afternoon, the purpose-built barbecue area serves as the primary gathering spot for an al fresco lunch, followed by a relaxed evening on the terrace as boats pass by on the horizon.
Exploring S'Argamassa and Santa Eulalia
The villa is located in S'Argamassa, a coastal area known for its seafront bars, restaurants, and the nearby Nikki Beach club. The immediate surroundings offer a relaxed pace, with the local beach just a short walk from the front door. Other nearby sandy stretches include Cala Pada and Santa Eulalia beach.
A short drive takes you into Santa Eulalia, Ibiza's most refined and family-friendly town. Built around a palm-lined promenade and a smart marina, it provides a calm and safe environment year-round. Here, guests can explore the gastronomic offerings of Calle San Vicente or pick up supplies from the town's numerous shops and amenities. For further exploration, the villages of Jesús, Santa Gertrudis, and Es Canar are all within easy reach.
