Inside the villa
Can Cabrit is a bright, white-washed villa set within fully fenced grounds in the residential area of Can Furnet. The property is surrounded by Mediterranean plants and mature palm trees, creating a comfortable environment for a relaxing week in the sun. The layout is highly practical, divided across two distinct complexes, which provides a strong sense of privacy for guests.
Inside, the house is furnished with attention to detail and features an open-plan American kitchen complete with a dining area. There are two separate living rooms, offering plenty of space to read, work from the dedicated office space, or watch satellite television. Central heating and a fireplace make the house suitable for earlier or later in the season, while air conditioning keeps the interiors cool during the peak summer months.
Bedrooms and outdoor spaces
The villa sleeps four guests across two air-conditioned bedrooms, with one located in each of the two building complexes. Both bedrooms are fitted with double beds and have their own en-suite bathrooms equipped with a shower and toilet. A third bathroom facility, including a toilet and a hot and cold outdoor shower, is conveniently located outside near the swimming pool.
The exterior spaces are designed for spending long days outside. A breakfast terrace sits right in front of the house, leading out to a large sun deck and a private swimming pool. Broad sun sails and large umbrellas provide ample shade over the terraces, where you will find wooden sunloungers and a small chill-out house.
The outdoor kitchen is a significant feature of the terrace. Built with a brick barbecue, a refrigerator, and a sink, it allows you to prepare meals and store cold drinks without needing to head back inside.
Daily life at Can Cabrit
With its split layout and two separate living spaces, Can Cabrit works exceptionally well for two couples travelling together or a small family of four. The setup allows guests to spend time together on the main terrace while also having their own private areas to retreat to during the afternoon. The dedicated office space also makes it highly practical for those who need to catch up on work while away.
A typical day here revolves around the outdoor areas and the pool. Mornings usually start with coffee on the breakfast terrace, looking out over the country views. After a few hours reading under the sun sails or swimming, afternoons naturally transition to the outdoor kitchen. With the barbecue and fridge right on the sun deck, guests can easily organise long al fresco lunches that stretch well into the early evening.
Exploring Can Furnet and Jesús
Can Cabrit is situated in Can Furnet, right next to the leafy residential village of Jesús. This is a green, established neighbourhood on the edge of Ibiza Town, highly regarded by year-round residents for its convenience. Staying here means you are in a quiet residential environment, yet you have incredibly quick access to the capital and the eastern bays.
The closest beaches are Talamanca and Cala Llonga, both of which feature wide sandy shores and calm waters. When you want to head out for the evening, the location is highly practical. It takes just a few minutes to drive down to the restaurants at Sa Punta, the yachts in Marina Botafoch, or venues like Pacha, Lio, and Destino. Alternatively, the quieter, family-friendly town of Santa Eulalia is just a short drive to the north.
