Positioned on the summit of the gated Can Furnet community, Villa Perla Blanca is a 400-square-metre property spread across two floors. The striking white architecture features curved walls, arched windows, and traditional balustrades that frame the elevated position.
Inside, the open-plan living and dining area uses large windows to maximise the natural light. The space maintains a minimal design, anchored by an ultra-modern, fully fitted kitchen completed in the autumn of 2019. Mornings here usually begin with coffee on the terrace, watching the sun rise over the Mediterranean. During the day, the outdoor music system and reliable Wi-Fi allow guests to set their own pace around the pool.
As the afternoon fades, the terrace comes into its own. The outdoor bar provides a practical space to prepare drinks while watching the sky change colour above Ibiza Old Town, before lighting the barbecue for dinner.
Exploring Jesús and the eastern bays
Can Furnet is a secure, established residential area positioned just above Jesús. This leafy, green village is favoured by year-round residents and first-time villa buyers, offering a relaxed, convenient base with quick access to local shops and cafes.
The villa is located less than a ten-minute drive from the centre of Ibiza Town. This makes it remarkably straightforward to reach the restaurants of Marina Botafoch or spend an evening walking through the historic streets of the capital.
For afternoons by the water, the calm, shallow bay of Talamanca is the closest option. A short drive east leads to the wider sandy beach of Cala Llonga and the coastal town of Santa Eulalia.
