The property is fully staffed to ensure a seamless stay. A dedicated villa manager, two housekeepers, a gardener and a maintenance caretaker are present six days a week. The estate is highly secure, featuring a full alarm system, CCTV and private parking. For leisure, the lower levels reveal a cinema room, a dedicated games room, and a private club space equipped with a DJ booth and bar.

Wide stone terraces step down the hillside, providing multiple areas for lounging in the sun or shade. The dining spaces, both inside and out, can seat up to 22 guests. A professional preparation kitchen, an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, and a barbecue ensure every meal is well catered for.

Dinner is typically served on the terrace, making the most of the sweeping views towards Formentera, before moving into the private disco room for the evening.
