Elevated views and minimalist design
Villa Allison sits high on a hillside in Cap Martinet, an elevated position that secures wide views across the Mediterranean Sea. The property is a reformed finca, combining traditional architecture with a minimalist internal design. Inside, the spaces feel bright and uncluttered, defined by white walls, polished floors, and large windows that draw in the natural light.
The main living area follows an open-plan layout, centring around generous pale sofas arranged to face the sea. This flows naturally into the indoor dining space and a fully fitted kitchen, where pale wood cabinetry meets cool marble countertops. A wine cooler is integrated into the setup, ensuring drinks are kept at the right temperature for warm afternoons.
Bedrooms, terraces and the saltwater pool
The sleeping arrangements are spread across six en-suite bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed and finished with the same clean, neutral aesthetic as the main house. To provide independence for groups, five of the bedrooms have their own external entrances, while only one is accessed from the ground-floor living area. The master suite benefits from a private sun terrace equipped with loungers. On the lower level, a second lounge area serves as a home cinema and includes a small gym, opening directly onto the pool terrace.
Outside, a ten-metre saltwater swimming pool is surrounded by wooden sunloungers and woven parasols. The grounds offer multiple spaces to gather, including a shaded terrace with an al fresco dining table for fourteen guests, supported by a summer kitchen and barbecue. An upper terrace, framed by lavender, provides a second outdoor dining space for twelve alongside a curved lounge area, looking out towards the silhouette of Ibiza Old Town and Formentera.
Shared spaces and summer mornings
With its separate bedroom entrances and multiple lounge areas, the property works well for groups of friends or multi-generational families who value both shared spaces and privacy. The house is thoroughly equipped for those travelling with young children, providing cots, highchairs, and a selection of toys. A breakfast chef is included five days a week from late May until early September, allowing guests to start their mornings slowly on the terrace as the sun rises over the water.
Days here are usually spent moving between the saltwater pool and the shaded outdoor seating areas, listening to the outdoor music system. As the property sits in a quiet residential neighbourhood with strict noise regulations between 11 pm and 10 am, evenings naturally centre around relaxed dinners at the long wooden table rather than late-night parties.
Exploring Jesús and the eastern bays
Cap Martinet is a highly regarded residential enclave on the edge of Ibiza Town. Just down the hill is the village of Jesús, an established, leafy area popular with year-round residents. It provides a convenient base with a green character, bridging the gap between the capital and the eastern bays.
The location means you are never far from the island's main hubs. The centre of Ibiza Town and the restaurants of Marina Botafoch are less than a ten-minute drive away. For days by the sea, the calm, golden sands of Playa Talamanca are very close by, while the family-friendly beach of Cala Llonga is also within easy reach.
