A Restored Farmhouse in Roca Llisa
Originally a traditional Ibizan farmhouse, Casa Clareta was fully renovated in 2019 to create a light-filled home that retains its historic architectural character. The classic white exterior walls are framed by mature pine trees and spacious green gardens, offering a highly private environment within a secure residential setting.
The property sits inside Roca Llisa, the island's only gated golf community. The atmosphere here is calm and orderly, appealing to those who appreciate a manicured environment with private parking and fully fenced grounds. Inside, the house feels open and practical, equipped with modern comforts including air conditioning, reliable Wi-Fi, and a smart TV for relaxed evenings indoors.
Indoor Comfort and Outdoor Living
The villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms, each paired with its own bathroom. A highly practical detail of the layout is that every bedroom opens directly onto the garden and the pool terrace, allowing guests to step straight out into the morning sun. The main interior living room is generous in size, connecting smoothly to a fully fitted kitchen that has everything required for preparing meals at home.
Outside, the grounds are purposefully designed for spending long days in the Mediterranean climate. The private swimming pool features a smooth, shallow entry resembling a natural beach, surrounded by bright white terraces and a flat lawn area.
Shaded spaces provide welcome relief during the warmest hours of the day. A traditional bamboo-roofed terrace attached to the main house holds hammocks and comfortable woven seating. A separate wooden deck hosts a large rustic dining table, wooden benches, and a substantial built-in barbecue for al fresco meals. A shaded Balinese bed and white sunloungers complete the extensive exterior setup.
Designed for Families and Friends
With its equal-sized bedrooms and seamless outdoor access, the house works exceptionally well for families, couples, or small groups of friends sharing a holiday. The fenced perimeter and secure community setting offer peace of mind for parents, while the modern amenities add practical convenience for all guests staying at the property.
A typical day at Casa Clareta begins with fresh coffee on the terrace, followed by a morning swim in the pool or a short walk to the nearby golf course. Afternoons are often spent reading in the suspended hammocks or resting on the Balinese beds under the shade of the tall pine trees. As evening approaches, the outdoor dining deck naturally becomes the focal point of the house, where guests can grill local produce on the barbecue while enjoying the open country views.
Exploring the East Coast
Roca Llisa provides a highly practical and secure base on the eastern side of the island. The estate is well known for its privacy and is particularly popular with golfers, given its position right next to the fairways. Despite the quiet residential feel, the location is highly connected. From the villa, it takes just 15 minutes to drive to the lively restaurants, boutiques, and marinas of either Ibiza Town or Santa Eulalia.
For days by the sea, the wide sandy bay of Cala Llonga and the smaller, more rugged cove of Cala Olivera are both within a 10-minute drive. The nearby village of Jesús offers excellent local amenities, including independent bakeries, cafes, and quality supermarkets, making it simple to pick up fresh supplies for the kitchen or the barbecue before heading back to the house.
