Architecture and Atmosphere
Villa Nicole sits within seven acres of dense pine forest on the outskirts of Santa Eulalia. The grounds are fully enclosed and accessed via electric gates, creating a highly private environment where the only immediate views are of the surrounding countryside and mature trees. The traditional white finca architecture is softened by shaded wrap-around gardens and a large, flat lawn designed for children to play safely.
Inside, the house feels light and spacious, grounded by high-quality natural materials. The interiors feature a mix of contemporary designer furniture and subtle Victorian touches that complement the traditional structure. An open-plan living area centres around a fireplace and opens directly onto a large covered terrace, allowing the indoor spaces to flow naturally into the gardens.
Living Spaces and Bedrooms
The ground floor comprises the main living spaces, including a dining area, a dedicated TV room equipped with Apple TV, and a fully fitted kitchen complete with a serving counter. Five of the six bedrooms are located on this level. There are three double bedrooms, one twin room with an en-suite, and a smaller double room. Two of the double bedrooms share a family bathroom, while another double features its own bathroom located just outside its terrace doors. The principal bedroom occupies the entire first floor, offering an en-suite bathroom and a private roof terrace. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The outdoor spaces are built around an eleven-metre by four-metre saltwater swimming pool, which can be heated upon request. Beside the water, a dedicated pool kitchen and a barbecue area make outdoor catering straightforward. The covered terraces provide shaded sitting and dining areas, furnished with woven seating and comfortable sofas, while sunloungers and large daybeds line the stone-paved pool deck.
Daily Life at the Villa
Sleeping up to twelve guests, Villa Nicole is well suited to large families or groups of friends who want space to spread out. The layout of the grounds, particularly the expansive lawns and the secondary kitchen by the pool, means groups can easily spend entire days outside without feeling crowded.
A typical morning begins with breakfast on the covered terrace, moving down to the saltwater pool as the sun rises over the tree line. The separate TV room and various outdoor chill-out areas offer quiet corners for reading or afternoon naps. In the evening, the fully equipped kitchens and outdoor dining spaces provide a highly practical setup for a private chef or a relaxed family barbecue under the stars.
Exploring Santa Eulalia
The villa is positioned on the outskirts of Santa Eulalia, widely regarded as the island’s most refined and family-friendly municipality. The town itself is built around a smart marina and a palm-lined promenade, offering a calm and safe atmosphere year-round. It is a highly practical base for those who want excellent amenities, shops, and services without the heavy party scene found elsewhere on the island.
For dining, the famous Calle San Vicente is lined with some of the area's best restaurants. When it comes to the coast, the sandy stretches of Santa Eulalia beach, Cala Pada, and S'Argamassa are all a short drive away. Inland, the nearby villages of Jesús, Santa Gertrudis, and Es Canar provide further options for morning coffees, local boutiques, and traditional tapas.
